jayjonsun @jdy091474 waist (bottom of black “wrap”) is 24 inches. Bust (across middle of bust line) is 31inches.

jayjonsun @jdy091474 no it’s in perfect condition! The straps shown came with the dress loose and my mother sewed them in - they can be removed and the dress can be worn either way.
