Homecoming Dress

This dress is from a brand called Velvi. This brand isnt very heard of but this dress is great quality! I saw it online and it was super simplistic which is what I wanted last year. I bought this last year for homecoming but went with a different shade of blue. This dress is new with tags. Never been worn. Super cute and simple.
