nancieoberle @ashleigh653w Hi Ashleigh! Glad you like this dress! My daughter wore this to homecoming last year & loved it! The top is a stretchy material & is fitted. The bottom skirt is non fitted. It is light & swingy. If you’d like I could send you a picture of her in it so you could see it on a person.
