Each shell collected from the shores of the USA’s oldest city Saint Augustine, Florida is enhanced with silver paint and about 4-6” in length -perfect with their natural imperfections. Each grouping includes 5 found oyster shells, packaged and gift wrapped in repurposed materials purchased from various nonprofit organizations that supports our local community. Give them as a gift or use them in a tablescape, on a shelf, in a display bowl or jar. Each grouping is unique and ready to ship within two days on USPS schedule. Each handmade and designed piece in the 410 Designs 2023 Summer Collection is signed and numbered. Each item in this collection is a limited edition. Each design is created using found objects and materials sourced locally at community nonprofit thrift stores that support the homeless women of Northeast Florida. Collected on my beach walks along the Atlantic shoreline in Saint Augustine. These coastal home oyster shells are found items. Years among the waves, each is different and handpicked for its personality. They are cleaned, dried in the Florida sunshine and painted.
