This is a vintage 1972 Holly Hobby Collector plate with a girl, a cat, and a balloon on a white background with a light green edge. The caption on the plate reads, "You've got to have a dream before it can come true." It is signed "Holly Hobbie." There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. There are two dark specks under the words "before it" on the green trim that appear to be in the glaze. The plate measures approximately 10 3/8 inches in diameter.
