Pre loved Hollister floral summer dress. Ruffles on the bottom. Elastic around the back only. Straps are not adjustable. The straps are a lil curly (last pic) because I had them knotted to make the dress shorter for me. Easily straighten out with wear. Small amount of piling, but still alot of wear and use left. Super cute and perfect for summer.
