Hollister Ruffled Mini Skirt

Navy blue Hollister mini with tiered ruffles and bottom lace detail. Size small measures 13” long and 11.5” long at the waist laying flat. The waist is elastic and will stretch another 4-5” I would say. Has two thread belt loops (hard to photograph). No signs of wear or tear, overall in great condition. Super cute with leggings or tights and boots! Hate to say good bye, but it’s time for new clothes!
