Floral dress from Hollister. Looks black in the pictures, but is more of a dark gray. Flowy, silky feeling material. High neck in the front with low/cut out back.
The string to lace up the back is missing, but you can use any ribbon you have to get that same corset effect.

@emich5565 it does not snap closed. It had a string and laced up the back, but the string was lost. It would need a new ribbon or string to close the back
