***NWOT*** I washed the dress after buying and had to take the tag off, but I've never worn it, it's new! Has a cute open back design and adjustable straps! Size: M Color: White, Blue ***There are stains on the inside maybe from someone's makeup from when they tried it on at the store, tried washing it, but they are still there.
