shelli03 @kgomez1982 hi dear that’s a good question. They do have decent stretch but as far as women’s 31 I’m unsure. What I can do is provide exact measurements and I’ll message.

shelli03 @kgomez1982 so I updated the last 4 photos with the measurements. Waist has slight stretch measuring up to like a 33”, inseam was 9”, side length 18” and leg width 7.5” But there’s pretty of stretch thigh area. Hope I was able to answer your question.
