This is honestly a classic staple in any girl's closet since it literally goes with anything!! It buttons up (3 buttons, no zipper) and starts less than an inch under my belly button. Says size 1 but runs looser than my other size 1 Hollister shorts, so I'd say this would fit a waist size around 27. Brand new-- the plastic thing that attaches the tag is still attached but the paper part fell off :(
