Hollister Co. dress/ swim suit cover up, cinch top in brown. Can be worn as halter or strapless. Built in support. With top cinched length from top to center of bottom hem is 24.5in. with top not cinched length is 27in. Bottom of the dress has raw hem and is slightly longer on the sides. Length of ties is 20in. Length across seam at bust is 11.5in. while lying flat. Has stretch and bounce. Excellent preloved condition, no stains or holes. Color is brown, size XS. Happy to answer any questions!
