Holiday formal black tie dress/gown

Perfect for the upcoming holidays! This is an altered size 10 and runs very small. I have 27 waist and generally wear 4-6’s and this fits me fine. It is STRAPLESS. You can always add straps w a good seamstress. Missing the hook at top of zipper which can be easily replaced at a fabric store or seamstress. Priced accordingly
