Beautiful dusty blue holiday vest. Cute penguins adorn both sides of the front, along with white applique snowflakes. White pearls and clear crystal beads add dimension to the vest. It buttons down the front and has white stitching around the arms, front and hem. It measures 28" from shoulder to hem and 24" from arm pit to arm pit. It is made from ramie and cotton. This vest is very gently worn with no pulls, pilling or beads missing.
