Please remember that sellers do our best to get items sent out asap, but it is the holiday season and USPS can get backed up. Once sellers click the "Shipped" button, we have relinquished your package and it is no longer in our control as to when it gets delivered. We appreciate your understanding when it comes to rating your sellers. 🙂
