likely07 Are the soles ok? And the back where your heel rubs. Is that in decent shape? Have you ever washed them and are the insoles intact

catesells700 @likely07 The soles are pretty good. I think there is a small whole on the back of the heel but it never caused me blisters. They have been washed before but insoles are intact. I will say they have a lot of running miles on them, but are still good for walking and casual wear
