Hoco Two-piece Dress

Absolutely adored this dress. Worn my freshman year. Two-pieces. The top is blue and lacy with sparkles. The skirt has silver/metacilly shimmers throught the floral designs. Tag says size 3 but I'm normally a medium. The bottom was a little small so I had to pull it up higher leaving less skin showing, and the top fit perfect. I was 5' 1 in the picture and maybe 120 pounds.
