Hoco Dress

This is a mini, strapless, red a-line dress from Windsor with a tiered, volumed skirt that has a lettuce edge. The bodice is ruched and is padded. There is a rubbery line on the top of the bodice to help it stay up. It was only worn once and was dry cleaned. For reference I am 5’4”, usually a size small/4, and. 32C/34B.
