The interior measurement from toe to heel is approximately 8.5 inches The exterior measurements from toe to heel is approximately 9.5 inches. According to the Holibear size chart in the photos that would make them a youth size 3.5. I wear a size 7 in women’s and I can slip these shoes on. My big toe goes all the way to the end.
