This like-new skirt is gorgeous for the right person. Lovely, could be formal. Just will need a quick light steam. Fabric has some very tiny silvery sparkles - not a lot - they are subtle. Note zipper on back side along with 15” back slit for ease in walking, leg crossing (plus style). Waist width = 14.5” (note that there are tucks in the back that give a little shape, so this can sit lower on the hips too, not right at the waist) Overall length = 40” Not good photos, sorry!
