Hive & Honey Blue Halter Double Strap Dress XS NWT

Beautiful new with tags Blue cotton dress from Hive & Honey size XS. The low 3” wise elastic back/waistband with a cross over v front. The front has 2 straps one of which ties behind the back and the other is attached like a regular strap. The waistband provides bust support. The skirt hem has a varied top layer. Dress was bought at Piperlime but never worn. Measurements: Bust: 13” laying flat with some give Waist: 13” laying flat with stretch Length: 25” from top of waist, 33” from top of bust
