Hippo boho Jedzebel blue white pattern tie waist shorts / skirt small

Adorable shorts with a wrap around layer making it look like it could be a skirt. There are a few snags on the back that are barely noticeable unless looking closely, as shown in the last few photos. Zipper in back and tie in front with beaded tassel ends.
