@susiedotperson definitely a unique bag!As far as cleaning - I used used a waterproofing protection spray and brushed that out with my go-to llbean suede & nubuck brush. I have not tried any other cleaning methods other than that.
The bag is approximately 9 x 14". Also FYI, there are no interior pockets. The interior is in good shape I'll add the exact measurement details and shot of the interior later this evening.
