Hippie/ Festival dress

Aqua, white and black with fish and water pattern. Only worn a few times! In perfect condition. Skater dress type of fit- semi fit bodice with elastic sides and tie back, flair skirt. Adjustable shoulder straps. Very flattering and comfy! The material itself has little stretch, but there are elastic panels on the sides for a comfy fit at the bust and ribs.
