Hip/Mod Vintage 50’s Okolehao aloha shirt made by Mark Yamanaka in Hilo, Hawaii

This Aloha shirt is “No ka 'oi” which means "the finest" in Hawaiian! It’s a 1950’s Okolohao created by Mark Yamanaka in Hilo, Hawaii. This rare piece has a custom hip/mod tribal design of Hawaiian hula drummers, flowers, shields and warriors. On its four-button front it has bronze stamped metal “Chinese coin” buttons with the cool hula drummer on the left front pocket! In addition, it has a pattern matching collar button loop and the shirt is 100% cotton fabric. There is no size tag on this aloha shirt but appears to be a Medium (M) but please check the measurements in the photo provided. Mahalo, Malibu Mike
