Brand new hip thrust belt for holding dumbbells, kettle bells or any other type of weight. Shit, you can even use gallons of water if that’s what you’ve got. These feature a slip resistant rubber on the underside to prevent movement during your exercise. The weights are attached with a single pin latch and strap on both ends. This ensures that the weight stays secured to the belt at all times. I have personally secured each end with a 55 pound dumbbell for a full set of hip thrusts without issue. Using this band is way more convenient than a smith machine or barbell. It also allows you to do your hip thrusts at home or anywhere that you have access to a “weight” that can be secured in the straps.
