Gorgeous blouse! Size small but is oversized. V neck with pleats , elastic waist at the bottom hem, the back has pleats down the middle. Semi- sheer, light flowy fabric. Women's size small. 23 inches in length pit to pit was difficult to measure due to the stunning oversized sleeves.
