Hi-low hem black and gold shimmery dress size small

Great and comfortable party dress. Deep cut front, with cinched elastic waist. There was a belt, but I lost it and didn't wear it with one. There are small thread loops if you decide to add one though. Fabric is 70%nylon 25%metal 5%spandex. Hand wash. Bust: 14" Waist :12" Hips : 17 Length:36" front, 53" at the back
