Hi-low Sheer Tunic Top NWOT

Pretty Flowers in a dark blue/black background- midnight. Sheer so you’d want to wear a camisole underneath. Can wear buttoned or open. Hi - low hem, pleats in the upper back. Measurements: shoulder seam to seam 18”, pit to pit 20”, top of shoulder to front hem 26 1/2” , from the top of the back neckline to back hem 30”, sleeve length from shoulder seam to light elastic 24” . Very pretty, nice drape. Never been worn NWOT
