Hi-lo floral dress

This dress is a size 14 in girls, however I bought it for myself and it fit me at 5’4 and about 125lbs/size 1. It could go either way as a kids or adults! It has really pretty details ✨ I don’t even remember if it was worn or not, but it’s in brand new condition.
