The gorgeous sheath by Hilliard & Hanson in deep blue/black has a floral design in velvet covering the entire bottom of the dress for the final 16” before the hem. It’s marked as a size 6 but it measures like a size 8 at 18.5”15”19.5” and it’s 36” long. Subtle and elegant. So beautiful.
