Is the smudge a permanent stain? Has it been tried to be washed out?

@s_minnich I washed it but didn’t use stain treatment or scrub. I think it should come out. It’s also positioned btwn ruffles and given the color really not noticeable unless you take a very close look. 😍💙💜
