High-waisted striped Roxy Shorts

Striped high waisted Roxy shorts- not sure what size these are, (I can’t find it listed anywhere in the shorts and I don’t remember from when I bought them!) but I am guessing a 28 based on measurements: Waist- 14” Length- 11” In-seem- 2” Cute wave design on back pockets. In great condition!
