High-waisted Thick Cotton Skirt

Heavyweight cotton/canvas high-waisted skirt perfect for Spring. Handmade by a small US based designer. I was the model for this collection and was given this piece afterwards. Beautiful blue silk interior which makes it extremely comfy while the heavyweight outer material keeps it weighed down against the wind. Comes down to mid thigh on me but I'm 5'11". Fits a 23" - 24" waist. Has proper pockets big enough to warm your hands in and actually use.
