These are a size large and by my measurements about a size 9/10 . They are true high rise with a denim belt that ties but can be taken out and removed just like any other belt. These jeans have been tried on but not worn. They were a tad to big in the hip for my daughter . Could also easily be worn with a crop top while still concealing the stomach .
