High-quality crystal ice bucket and tongs

There is a round maker's mark at the bottom, but the lettering is too tiny to read. Glass is in perfect condition. About 5" diameter and 5" high. Heavy! Weighs 3 pounds. Metal tongs have slight discolored area on underside.
