High-neck 70s peplum top

I bought this second hand so I have no idea what the brand is! Great used condition and so flattering, I just never wear it. Has buttons around the neck and the waist with a slit that over the chest and puffed sleeves for that perfect 70s look. Feels like a polyester material. No size information either but it would definitely fit a s/xs really well!
