@ololuiqui this size would be good practicing both on body and off body tricks, since its bigger it moves slower so you can see the movements and see where it touches your body.

@ololuiqui please try at LEAST this size or even larger for learning shoulder hooping. Tip: add some 3M grip tape to the inside of the hoop, or at least Gaffer’s tape. Jonathan Livingston Baxter is excellent to learn about this from (live or replay on YT- HoopPath Bax and all are donation based/ free). Deanne Love also has awesome tutorials on YT.
I am still learning that, too. Good luck and don’t give up! ⭕️
