Highly different & beautiful black & white sleeveless dress with ruffles at neck

You will turn heads in this amazing black & white lined Black & White Dress by RYN. The ruffled fabric at hem makes a rose affect. Neck has three layers of ruffles with black material trimming the white ruffles. Size Large but can easily fit as a medium. Worn once do in “New” condition. Had dried cleaned with cleaner tag still on it.
