High-low floral summer dress

Size medium dress Candies brand. Navy blue with floral accents. Dress is high-low with a slip underneath. Great condition worn twice- got so many compliments! The top of the dress had a piece of yarn that made the dress not so low cut... (Shown in pictures) I accidentally broke it off before I ever even wore it. So I used a small pin to bring it together. Perfect for casual or for a wedding!
