High-low floral chiffon dress

High-low, chiffon, Charlotte Russe, size med, light blue with beautiful floral pattern. I've personally never worn this dress, it was a swap from a fellow shopper. Only flaw I see is what she said was a coffee stain on the inner lining which DOES NOT SHOW when the dress is worn. I've also NOT tried to get the stain out myself.
