High-low dress with tags!

Brand new navy blue and white A-line dress. It does still have tags. It is 3/4 sleeves are great and has a zipper under the arm. It a a high low design and would look great with boots. I did measure it which you can view in the pictures. There is a belt that ties around the waist. The tag says wash with like colors or dry clean. I know that anyone who buys this dress will love it!
