High-low dress / skirt

This navy blue and white striped high low dress has the option to be a strapless dress or a skirt. The stripes actually make you look slimmer. I bought it last summer and loved it. It's a little outdated for me but I hope someone else feels differently. It's really comfortable and stretch material.
