Red, Floral, high-low dress Fairly new!!!-only worn 3x Length is great! I'm petite and it paired best with wedges Beautiful pink and navy blue flowers to complement the red background 🙂 There are two layers: outer sheer layer with the design and satin layer underneath Fits to size, has an elastic waist, does not have matching waist tie to go with it
