High-Neck Sexy Silk Tulip Mini Dress

I love this dress! Gorgeous peacock blue color. 100% silk, though there’s no label inside. I wore it for two formal events. Empire waist and draping are super flattering. There’s a zipper up the back. I hope it finds a new home!
