High-Low black sheer skirt

❗️would love a trade for smaller size if possible❗️✳️Like new high-low black sheer crisscross front skirt with skirt lining. Says size 10 but I think it can also fit a 6/8 also. That was the size that I was when I wore this skirt. Waist measures 14" wide un-stretched (which is a 28" round which is a definite medium) 20" fully stretched...this is such a pretty skirt. I just wish it fit me.
