High-Low Navy Dress with Sequin Belt

Indoor lighting does this dress no justice!! It is SO pretty and floaty, perfect for sunny prom photos. The first photos are the best representation of the color. Worn once by me and once by the person before me, cleaned both times. No stains or other imperfections. The straps were my addition and can be easily taken out — I just needed it to stay up :) For reference, I am 5’3" and it was a little big for 32B. Non smoking home and stored away from pets.
