High-Low Lace Skirt

This is a cute, navy blue skirt. It's a high-low style and the top layer is completely lace. There is a thicker, not see-through under layer that reaches as low as the highest part of the skirt. The color is a little off in the picture due to the purple background. It is definitely more of a navy, darker blue color. The second picture gives a better representation of the color.
