High-Low Blouse NWOT

Pink floral blouse! Never worn before but I took the tags off when I opened it from the packaging . Ties around the waist, the tie is not attached so you can wear it with or without. It is higher in the front and longer in the back. Size = women’s XL Used both flash & no flash in the pics. Comes from a smoke-free home ! Let me know if you have any questions :)
