High waisted white skinny jeans

High waisted white skinny jeans. These have never been worn, still have tags. They are size M (4 in US). They run slightly small. Very stretchy. Have a slit in both knees and bottom cuffs are cut off to give a rugged look. I paid $36 I’m offering for $32.
